How to get there?
The party will happen in the faboulous industrial location of ORWOHaus Berlin. It’s in the north-east of Berlin, easily reachable by car or public transportation. Click here to get directions on how to get to the party!
ORWOhaus is a unique facility for musicians and artists in Berlin. It offers meeting places, studios, and music services in approximately 2500sq.m. of space, open around the clock. Deadline takes place in the huge event-hall on the ground-floor, which is also the location for concerts and the ORWOFestival.
Location Info and Rules for the Party
Location Info
- Beware that Friday, 3rd of October is a public holiday, so there are no shops open.
- We have tables, power and (W)LAN for you to set up your equipment – just bring your own extension cord and please be mindful about the space you take because depending on the amount of visitors it might get crowded.
- We have a sleeping hall for you to crash in – best bring an isomat and a sleeping bag, it might get cold in the night.
- Organizers are not responsible for any equipment at the party, anything you bring is your responsibility. Luckily we haven’t had damage or theft at Deadline in the last 10 years, lets try to keep it that way by being attentive to our surroundings.
First Time at a Demoparty?
Welcome! We’re friendly, open, and always happy to welcome new people.
Never hesitate to talk to someone or ask questions – we were all new once!
Rules
- Smoking is prohibited indoors, including cigarettes and recreational devices that produce visible smoke or vapor. Exceptions may be made for medical use; if you’re unsure, please inquire at the infodesk.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed, but please be reasonable, overconsumption might ruin your own and others‘ fun as well. Any type of damage or offense caused due to that will not be tolerated and will result in the removal from the party.
- If you’re under 18 you’re welcome to attend with a parent or legal guardian who is legally responsible for you.
- With buying your ticket you agree to adhere to our Code of Conduct – in short: don’t be a dick.
